Continuous Crisis Committee

AGENDA: The Fall of Kabul
Freezedate: September 27, 1996

Afghanistan, 1996. The Taliban storms Kabul. The government collapses. The world watches. Can diplomacy rewrite history, or will power speak louder than peace? Step into the chaos. The Continuous Crisis Committee begins.

Founder's note

At the Arogí Foundation, our mission is rooted in compassion and opportunity. We exist to serve those who are often left unseen—especially orphaned and underprivileged children—by bringing moments of joy, dignity, and possibility into their lives. One of our most cherished efforts is celebrating the birthdays of orphans, ensuring that each child feels remembered, valued, and loved.

But beyond celebration, we also believe in empowerment—and that’s where Arogí MUN comes in.

Arogí MUN is our unique take on the traditional Model United Nations platform. It is a space where young minds learn diplomacy, negotiation, and leadership. But more importantly, it is a space where inclusion meets education. Through Arogí MUN, we open our doors to underprivileged students, offering them full access passes so they, too, can sit at the table of global dialogue—often for the first time.

By giving these students a chance to experience MUN, we’re not just teaching international relations—we’re showing them that their voices matter. That they are capable of understanding the world, and of shaping it.

This is what Arogí stands for: joy, dignity, and opportunity. Whether it’s through a birthday celebration or a mock UN assembly, we’re here to build futures filled with hope.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Secretary General's address

It is my pleasure and highest honour to welcome you to the inaugural edition of Arogi Model United Nations 2025.
Arogi MUN was born from a shared belief: that diplomacy and dialogue are not merely skills to be honed but responsibilities to be embraced. In today’s complex and interconnected world, the ability to listen, deliberate, and lead with empathy is essential. This conference is more than an academic simulation. It is a platform for young minds to engage meaningfully with global issues, to challenge existing perspectives, and to begin shaping the future they want to create.

Although this is our first edition, it already carries a deep sense of purpose. A belief in compassion-led leadership, in the ability of dialogue to drive change, and in the promise of youth to reimagine the world they inherit.
We have worked to build a space that values inclusivity, encourages mutual respect, and is committed to fostering diverse perspectives and practical solutions.
To every delegate, school, and educator who believes in these ideals, we are honoured to have you join us. With conviction and hope, we look forward to watching Arogi MUN 2025 come alive through each of you.
